Once you have sent us an inquiry with your requests, we will send you a quote with a digital mock-up. Quotes are usually made within 48 hours. If you approve the quote, we will ask you to return it to us signed by the company, and we will send you a proforma invoice and the mock-up of your final design for your approval. Once payment has been received and the design has been approved, we will begin production of your order. An optional sample will be physically sent to you. This adds time to the production process and may incur additional costs.
Yes, we ship worldwide, generally in cardboard cartons. We deliver by sea and road freight. Deliveries in Europe are made via our operations centre in Spain. For deliveries to the rest of the world, these are sent directly from our operations centre in China or South Africa, depending on the destination country. We strive to get your products to you within the timeframes you request.
Delivery time depends on the order's complexity and the chosen shipping method. It can range from 15 days to 16 weeks, generally between 3 and 5 weeks from approval.
We can print up to 3 colours as standard and sometimes up to 5. Please chat with our team to find out more. We can also print digitally so that you can have a photographic-quality print.
One solid colour in your artwork is one screen, therefore one print colour. Please send us your artwork so we can provide an accurate quote.
